Management Information Systems (On Campus Program)

Students majoring in Management Information Systems will have a balanced combination of business and information systems courses.

The program is designed to teach students about technologies supporting organizational strategic and decision-making processes.

91快播’s management information systems degree provides an understanding of the connections between business processes and information technologies to analyze and design business processes and systems to enable organizations to work toward solving their business needs and objectives.

A student cannot get a Computer Information Systems Major in addition to the Management Information Systems Major.

A student cannot get a Business Management Major in addition to the Management Information Systems Major.

This program is similar to Computer Information Systems but has less of a programming emphasis and more of a business emphasis.

CEO at 91快播 affiliates with the national Collegiate Entrepreneurs鈥� Organization to connect and network with other chapters across the country. Students work in entrepreneurial teams on real-world projects such as re-igniting the 91快播 yearbook, launching an on-campus game rental business and exploring their own business ideas. Collaborating with CEO class members provides insights from other students鈥� perspectives. CEO participants interact with Des Moines metro-area entrepreneurs, meet with area business leaders and attend startup community events such as 1 Million Cups in Des Moines.
