91¿ì²¥ Prepares to “Take DSM by Stormâ€

91¿ì²¥ is introducing a special event series in Des Moines, which will feature President Jay Byers interviewing distinguished alumni business leaders in the community. Set to debut Sept. 27, each “Take DSM by Storm†event will also include special appearances by members of 91¿ì²¥â€™s faculty and athletics coaching staffs. All events are free and open to the public.

“This is an exciting opportunity to showcase and learn from 91¿ì²¥ alumni who are making big things happen,†said President Byers. “It’s also a great way to better connect our alumni base and other supporters and stakeholders in the Greater Des Moines region with the latest news from campus. I look forward to these informative conversations and continuing to explore creative collaboration and innovative partnership possibilities between 91¿ì²¥ and the Greater Des Moines community.â€

Below is the schedule for Fall 2023. Morning events will feature continental breakfast while afternoon sessions will include a cocktail/appetizer reception.

Sept. 27, 7 a.m. – Hank Norem ’02, CEO Ramco Innovations

Oct. 26, 4:30 p.m. – Rich Willis ’74, Chair of the Board, Willis Automotive

Nov. 16, 7 a.m. – Nicole Crain ’05, Executive Vice President, Iowa Association of Business and Industry
